Return Policy

All returns and exchanges are subject to a 25.00 surcharge and must be made within 7 days of receiving your shipment. You must contact us for a return authorization number before shipping any items back, not doing so will only cost you unnecessary funds and risk the refusal of your return once it gets to our warehouse. MENSUITSDIRECT will NOT accept any returns without a valid authorization (RA) number. Item(s) must be unworn, unused, and must be in its original packaging in order to be eligible. Any items(s) purchased at discounted or closeout deals are final sale, no exception. Customers are fully responsible for any shipping and handling associated with returns and exchanges. We only accept one (1) exchange/return per order. Note (We do not accept any returns on Exchanges) Once we have made an exchange in any particular order At this point this order is considered fulfill and is not eligible for returns no exceptions.  We do not accept any returns on church groups orders

Please do not send your purchase back without a proper RA# or it will be refused by our warehouse
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted by MenSuitsDirect no exceptions.
